Nelapattu and Pulicat lake on Andhra side is a great experience for birding, we hired a sail boat closer to Sullupeta and enjoyed the ride for four hours, we could see Pelicans,flamingos and egrets. The ride on the local fisherman,s sail boat was an added thrill.
Late Jan and early Feb are best months to visit when NE monsoon is not active.
