Government after careful examination of the matter hereby agree to the proposal of the Director General of Prisons & Correctional Services, Telangana Hyderabad and approved the colour and logo size of Arm Badge / Logo of Prison Department of Telangana State wear on both arms, subject to meeting the expenditure within the budget provision of the Department.
The Expenditure for the Arm Badge / Logo shall be borne by the Staff from their respective Uniform Allowance.
The measurements, fabric and replica of the Arm Badge/Logo will be as follows:
Measurements Lengthwise -10.5 Cms
Widthwise - 9.0Cms
Fusion: The fusing is used to give finished look and for
reinforcement
Structure: Polyester Viscose Polyamide coating
Fabrics: The fabric is used as a base for embroidery
Yarn of the base: NYLON.
Structure of the base: Tafelta (Matty).
Colour: Inner Back ground
Persian Blue (66)
Crimson Red (25N) Back ground of Prisons
Gold Colour (B1265) Used for National Emblem, Custody- with Care
& 2nd Inner Circle
White Telangana State, Prisons & Leafs
Black 1st Outer circle.
The Expenditure for the Arm Badge / Logo shall be borne by the Staff from their respective Uniform Allowance.
The Director General of Prisons & Correctional Services, Telangana, Hyderabad, shall take necessary action accordingly.
