Sri G.Raghuma Reddy, an Engineering Post Graduate from Osmania University College of Engineering joined in erstwhile APSEB as Assistant Engineer in the year 1978 and rose to the position of Chief General Manager in TSSPDCL.
As ADE/Op./Champapet, he has designed, developed and implemented the present open wiring system on all rural distribution transformers in place of LT cable arrangement. Sri Raghuma Reddy was promoted as Divisional Engineer and posted as DE/Op./Asmangadh in 2001.
Sri Raghuma Reddy, as Superintending Engineer, SCADA Circle prepared the Master Plan for total city for enhancement of PTR capacity and alternate source to EHT Sub Stations.
During 2006, Sri Raghuma Reddy was transferred as SE/ Operation, RR South Circle.

Sri C. Srinivasa Rao, belongs to 1992 batch of IRAS and is a post graduate in Engineering and Master in Business Administration (Finance). He has rich and varied experience of over 20 years in all areas of finance, budgeting, accounts and auditing, internal control systems, contracts and project management, regulatory affairs and ERP implementation.

Sri K.M.Nagendar has assumed charge as Director/operations on the Board on 29th August 2013.
Sri K.M.Nagender an Engineering Graduate from Jawaharlal Nehru Technology University, Hyderabad.
He has joined as Asst Engineer/NSHES, Nagarjuna Sagar in erstwhile APSEB in the year 1984 and rose to the post of Chief General Manager in the year 2009. He has worked in various capacities in all the wings and Districts covered by erstwhile APCPDCL now TSSPDCL.
During his tenure as Chief General Manager/Kurnool zone he and his team has been appreciated by the then Hon'ble Chief Minister, Government of A.P for restoring normalcy of supply in record time to the flood hit areas in Kurnool zone during the 2009 floods.
