CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIME EXPLANATION:
In case of 24hrs check-Out Hotels, Customer should provide Check-In Time at the time of booking only. In such cases the Check-Out Time is 24hrs from Check-In Time.
In case of Fixed Check-Out Hotels(like 8am, 9am, 10am, 12noon), Customer should Check-Out at Default Time (8am, 9am, 10am, 12noon only) regardless of Check-In Time.
POSTPONEMENT & PREPONEMENT:
Full Preponement / Postponement is allowed only for one time subject to availability provided the ticket is presented more than one day (24 hours) in advance of the check-in date/time. Partial Preponement /Postponement is not allowed.
CANCELLATION RULES:
1.No refunds shall be allowed if the ticket is surrendered for cancellation within 1 day (24 hours)before check-in date/time
2.If the ticket is presented for cancellation within two days (48 hours) in advance and up to one day (24 hours) before the check-in date/time, cancellation charges shall be deducted at a rate of 20% on room tariff amount.
3.If a ticket is presented for cancellation more than two days (48 hours) in advance of the check-in date/time, cancellation charge shall be deducted at the flat rate of 10% on ticket value.

Full Preponement / Postponement is allowed only for one time subject to availability provided the ticket is presented more than one day (24 hours) in advance of the check-in date/time. Partial Preponement /Postponement is not allowed.
CANCELLATION RULES:
1.No refunds shall be allowed if the ticket is surrendered for cancellation within 1 day (24 hours)before check-in date/time
2.If the ticket is presented for cancellation within two days (48 hours) in advance and up to one day (24 hours) before the check-in date/time, cancellation charges shall be deducted at a rate of 20% on room tariff amount.
3.If a ticket is presented for cancellation more than two days (48 hours) in advance of the check-in date/time, cancellation charge shall be deducted at the flat rate of 10% on ticket value.
